Reservations are confirmed once a deposit has been received.

A deposit of one nights stay per person per booking is required.

All accounts to be settled on arrival, by cash, Mastercard, Visa, DebitCard or cheque. Cheques are only accepted up to the limit of the cheque guarantee card.

Rooms will be available from 2:30pm on the day of arrival, and should be vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure.

Cancellations must be received at least seven days prior to date of reservation in order to receive a refund.

For the comfort and safety of all our guests the Carrington Guest House is a non-smoking establishment throughout. If it is believed by the proprietors that smoking has taken place within the hotel, a £30 per person charge will be made to the room and the occupants asked to leave with no refund.

If damage is found to have occurred through smoking or any destructive damage is made to guest house property a minimum charge of £250.00 will be made. We also have the right to discontinue to accommodate any person who, in our opinion, behaves unreasonably, is a danger to or significant annoyance to others. In any event no refund will be due.

We have the right to refuse to accommodate any person who, in our reasonable opinion, is not suitable. In such cases all charges will be refunded in full.

No refund will be given for late arrival, early departure or non attendance at meals.
